Been totally elsewhere recently, I know, but it’s summer, that’s what happens. Anyway, I’m still off galavanting, but should be back soon. In the meantime, before I leave later today to teach a pizza dough class at the Kneading Conference in Maine, here’s a something cool and related: thingsorganizedneatly: SUBMISSION: Dehydrated ingredients that, when combined in a small shot glass and eaten, taste like a piece of pizza. Part of a large cooking project I’ve been working on for about 2.5 years so far.
