Rising Action: Making Bread at Home

What a load of filone
I have been on a serious not-posting bender lately, I’m afraid. Been working like mad to finish my Master’s thesis (on a related topic that I plan on covering here in one way or another someday, mushroom cultivation), and mired deep in a few asskicking recipes at the magazine, one of which (focaccia) I’ll have an advanced version of here soon, promise.
